A member of our team reads what you send and responds personally. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Where it lives

Submissions are delivered to our team by email and held in the systems we use to run the business. We keep them only as long as we need to for the conversation and our records, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect them.

Confidentiality

Conversations with distributors, investors, and lending partners are treated as confidential. Where a discussion calls for it, we are happy to put a mutual NDA in place before sharing anything sensitive in either direction.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. If you have subscribed to The Founder's Office, every email includes a way to unsubscribe in one click.
